- You need 4 slices of salmon fish.
- You need 7-8 of Garlic cloves.
- You need 1/2 of Lemon.
- You need 3 of green chillies.
- You need 1 of Banana leaves.
- You need as per taste of Black pepper.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of oregano.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Herbs of Provence.
- Prepare 7-8 of Mint leaves.

- Clean and wash fish slices than marinate with lemon, ginger garlic and chilli paste.
- Add fish masala, black pepper, herbs, oregano..
- Rub masala each slice evenly than wrap the fish in banana leaf and seal the leaf bundles with the help of toothpick..
- Transfer into fish bundles into pan.,turn the bundle every 20 minutes.Until fish is cooked..
- After 40 minutes unwrap the banana leaf and check the fish is cooked..
