Batata Bhaji (Aalo Pakoda) instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cut the them into thin round slices..
- Take bowl add besan and water water to make a smooth paste..
- Now add cumin seeds, red chilli powder and salt and mix it well..
- Add the potato slices to this mixture and mix it well..
- Heat oil in pan..
- Deep the potato slices one by one in besan batter..
- Fry it till potato slices turn golden yellow in colour..
- Serve these hot potato pakoras with tea and tomato ketchup or chutney..
