- Seive all-purpose flour. Add baking powder, baking powder and salt to it and mix it. Then add 2 tbsp oil and mix it well. Add curd and knead the dough. If necessary add milk to make smooth dough.
- Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes and keep it for rest for 10 minutes..

- Keep stuffing as shown in picture and make roll. Make all rolls ready. Brush milk on rolls and cover it for 5 minutes with wet cloth.
- Keep kadhai for preheating for 10 minutes. Keep stand in kadhai. Grease one plate with oil and keep all rolls in it. Keep this plate in kadhai. Cover it with lid and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes on medium flame.
