Misal pav step by step
- Take a moth beans wash it and let moth beans boil for a once dnt cooked completely..
- Lets make kolhapuri masala add whole ingredients like red mirch, coriander seeds, coconut slices, cumin seeds, 2-3 cloves, cool it completely and blend it..
- Further take a yolk add oil put chopped onion until it becomes like brown later add chopped tomato mashed it and switch off the flame now add 7-8 clove of garlic and ginger..
- Later take yolk put oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds after that add onion, tomato puree..
- Let fry untill oil comes out now add kolhapuri masala and dry spices let it oil for a while now add mothbeans.
- Now add moth and boil it garnish it with coriander add garam masala.
- Now serve it with pav, lemon, farsan and chopped onion.
