  1. Wash trotters carefully..
  2. Blend onions with yogurt..
  3. Now take a big pan, add trotters, salt, red chilli powder, Turmeric, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, onion yogurt paste and nutmeg& mace powder. Bhonofy it..
  4. When trotters bhonofied,then add water and cover with lid. Cook it approximately 2 hrs in a medium flame..
  5. Check trotters and water in between cooking. If water dry out and trotters are not done then add more water..

  7. In a fry pan pour oil and add onions. When onions become golden brown, immediately pour it into trotters gravy..
