Ingredients of Bitter melon pakoda
- It's 1 of bitter gourd (Karela).
- You need 1/2 cup of besan/gram flour.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of corn flour.
- Prepare 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic coriander paste.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder(or option).
- It's 1/2 tsp of Ajwain/carom seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- It's As needed of Oil for deep fry.
Wash the bitter melon and cut into halves. Pavakkai Pakoda is a deep fried snack made with Pavakkai (Bitter Gourd), Gram flour and other spices. - Wash bittermelon nicely and cut small pieces like star shape and remove seeds.put salt and smashed and drain water comes from bittermelon.add ginger garlic paste.

- Ready to deep fry.heat oil and put step by step pakoda in oil on low medium flame..
