  1. It's 1 cup of white sesame seed (dry roasted and powdered).
  2. Prepare 1 cup of dry roasted wheat flour.
  3. It's 1 cup of peanuts (dry roasted and powdered).
  4. It's 1 cup of thick flatten rice.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  6. It's 1 cup of clarified butter (ghee).
  7. It's 2 tbsp of edible gum/dink.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of clarified butter for frying edible gum.
  9. It's 2 tbsp of chopped cashews.
  10. You need 2 tbsp of chopped almonds.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of raisins.
  12. It's 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
  13. You need 3-4 tbsp of oil for frying flatten rice.

I have been making these dates sesame laddu for sometime now since my kids love any kind of laddu. Til Ke Laddu Recipe (Sesame Seeds Laddu Recipe) is a festival dessert made to be relished by kids and shared among friends. The laddu is made from roasted sesame seeds, jaggery, dry fruits and coconut which make it the perfect sweet to bite into and chew the crunchy seeds.   1. Heat oil in a pan and fry flatten rice. Let it cool down completely. Crush with hands to form a coarse powder..
  2. Now in a big mixing bowl, take roasted wheat flour, powdered sesame, powdered peanuts, powdered sugar mix it well and keep it aside..
  3. Now heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and fry edible gum on medium flame till it puffed up well. Now crush it little bit in a mortar and pestle. Mix it with sesame mixture..
  4. Now add in the crushed flatten rice to this mixture, and mix well..
  5. Now melt 1 cup ghee in a pan and pour it over the mixture of sesame, flatten rice and edible gum, add dry fruits and elaichi powder..
  6. Mix everything very well and make lemon sized laddus..
  7. Enjoy these healthy and yummy laddus with a cup of hot milk. 😊😋.

Grind again for a few seconds until the sesame seeds, peanut and jaggery are well blended. Tilgul is made with simple ingredients like sesame seeds, gulacha pak (syrup) or even sakhar pak. However, patience and practice are a must to make pakawale tilgul. Also, they have to roll the laddu in a fast pace when the mixture is hot. Tilkutache ladoo are simply quick and easy to prepare.
