- Simmer for 5 minutes or till the milk is evaporated completely..
- Once the milk evaporates, the carrots will be almost cooked..
- Turn off the flame & now it's ready to serve..
- Transfer it in a bowl & Garnish it with Pistachios..

- Note : You can add orange colour in the halwa, after you turn off the flame..
