- In a bowl take idli/dosa batter, add rice flour and mix well..

- Close it with a lid and let it cook for few mins..
- Remove the lid and turn on to the other side using a wooden stick or spoon..
- Cook till crisp and transfer the paniyarams to a casserole or bowl..
- Serve with chutney or sambar..
