- Mix your wet mix to the dry mix then fold in..
- Use your hand to mix, so that you remove all the air inside your dough..
- Let rest for 15mins.
- Then heat your oil to medium heat the start cooking..
- Let them rest for few minutes then start serving your Mandazi..
