- Add oil to the pan.
- Add the shrimps and stir fry till the water dries up.
- Add the onions and ginger garlic paste.
- Add carrots and peas.
- Add the soy sauce, plus the salt and seasoning.
- Mix thoroughly and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Add the pre washed and drained rice then add to the pot.
- Lower the heat and cover air tight.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, spring onions and give it a toss.
- Serve.
