- It's 1 1/2 kg of baby back ribs (whole rack).
- It's 1 bottle of Tony Romas sauce original.

- Clean up your ribs. Peel the white thick fat that covering your ribs as much as possible. Prick from corner with fork. Then pull em strong but gently and slow... it should be peeled like 1 big piece....
- Mix all other ingredient. Then use thick baking sheet to bake. I use 30cm x 30cm. About 3-5cm high. Cover all side of the baking sheet with olive oil..
- Put your cleaned ribs. Rub all ingredient generously. Cover the baking sheet with thick aluminum foil. (Put them in fridge marinade them over night if you like).
- Preheat oven 250F (120C). Bake em for 2-4hours. (The longer the better make sure the foil is completely sealed you don't want all the sauce burned and dried out)..
- You can feeeze all the ribs to eat later. Open the alumnium foil n re-sauce the ribs with plenty using tonyromas sauce. Put them on the grill. And keep saucing them serve them hot... dun let it get burned too much... or u can also use oven, preheat oven 350F bake another 20minutes... (watch the ribs closely...) serve them with warm sauce....
- Take out the ribs let it rest 5 minutes before cutting the ribs on the serving plate.. juicy ribs is ready for your dinner... serve em with french fries. Mash potatoes. French bread. salad. Anything u like....
