Ingredients of Eba and Ogbonor soup
- Prepare 1/2 Cup of Ogbonor(Grounded with Okpei).
- Prepare 500 g of Beef.
- Prepare 1 of Small Okpei.
- It's of Small stock fish.
- It's of Kpomo.
- You need 1/2 Cup of Bitterleaf(washed).
- You need 2 of Red Onion(Sliced/Grated).
- Prepare 1 of Cooking spoon Palm Oil.

- Wash and put ur beef,Stockfish and Kpomo inside a pot,add ur sliced onions,knorr cubes and salt and bring to a boil on its own stock. Afterwards add more water and Cook till done..
- In a small bowl,pour in ur Ogbonor,add ur oil and mix, then place inside d boiling pot of beef..
- Check to seenif ur Ogbonor has melted,bring it out and set aside..
- Once d meat is done and d stock reduced, add ur Ogbonor, crayfish, dry pepper and onions and allow to cook for 3 mins..
- Add ur washed Bitterleaf and taste for salt and correct accordingly..
- If ur soup is too thick, add a little water..
- Ur soup is ready..
- Bring water to a boil, and pour in a bowl, begin to add d garri gradually and leave to sit for 5-10mins. With a wooden spatula,turn ur Garri..
