- Boil beans for 20mins.wash and boil again.
- This time with small amount of water..
- Add onion,Ginger and garlic.after 10mins of boiling..
- Add salt,pepper,Crayfish and palmoil..
- Boil for another 8mins,check if the beans is soft by now..
- If is not soft allow to boil more till is soft before pouring the palmoil..
- Onces the palmoil is in nothing again will enter.cover and boil for 5mins..
- Stir very well to mix up the ingredients well and bring the food down..
- Pour garri in a bowl,pour in cold water and sieve out the water..
- Then pour in another cold water not too much this time and add sugar.enjoy with the beans..
