- First of all, Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic paste and green chilli...Saute for a minute and add thori.....Again saute for 1 minute.....
- Now add spices: Salt, Red chilli and turmeric powder.....Mix all well and cook for 2 minutes more.....
- In last, Add tomato puree,Add little water.... Mix all the ingredients well and Cook for 20minutes until thori become soft and fully cooked.......
- Serve hot with chappati and rice....
