- After 20minutes.take one pateeli add oil and chopped onion and then add marinated chicken 1st 5 minutes cover and cook on low flame then remove lid and cook on medium high flame untill chicken done.then take one small piece of red hot coal put on piece of foil paper then drop some oil on coal for give BBQ smoke..
- ****2nd step************ Then take another pan. add oil add chopped garlic fry tll then add Cabbage,carrot, capsicum,salt, soya sauce, red chilli fakes and fry it for 2minutes.now repeat smoke procedure same as above..

Now take another pan or pateeli for rice.add oil or ghee then add green cardomom and cinnamon stick then add soaked rice bhoonify it for 2minutes add water, cover it and cook it for 8 minutes.after 8 minutes rice will be done.repeat the step of smoke with rice as above..
