Ingredients of Foxtail Millet Pongal
- You need 3/4 cup of foxtail millet.
- It's 1/4 cup of roasted moong dal.
- It's 2 tbsp. of oil.
- It's 1 tsp. of mustard seeds.
- You need 1 sprig of curry leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp. of urad dal.
- You need 1 of dry red chilli.
- It's 1-2 of green chilli, slit.
- It's 1 tsp. of ginger, grated.
- It's 1/2 tsp. of whole peppercorns.
- You need 2-3 tbsp. of roasted cashew nuts.
- You need to taste of salt.
- It's 1 tbsp. of ghee.
- Prepare 1 tbsp. of coriander leaves, chopped.
