- Put one pan on flame add 2 tablespoon oil heat it add 1 teaspoon Jeera 4 to 5 curry patta and finely chopped onion fry till onion turned pink.. now add grounded paste roast till masala cooked properly or raw smell disappears..
- Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder and dhaniyajira powder and dhaniyajira powder 1tea spoon each. Roast all masala. Adjust consistency by adding water. Cook on high flame let the gravy boiled..
- Now add marinated prawns and kokam and salt in the gravy cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Check prawns if cooked perfectly than turned off the flame. Serve hot with chapati..
This is a very easy recipe which can be made without any fuss. Some may have problem cooking non-veg. This will not go wrong even for first timers.
