- It's 2 of green chillies.
- It's 7-8 of garlic cloves.
- It's 1/2 tsp of methi seed (few roasted and grind it).

Tomato and garlic chutney instructions
- Wash the tomato and cut into picese.
- Then place the tomato piece into a sauce pan add kokam pulp and green chillies dry red chilli. and cook covered without any water until the skin stars to peel..
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom wok add mustard seed and curry leaves let tham crackle..
- Add chana daal add asafoetida chopped garlic cloves..
- Cook for 1 minutes..
- Then add blanched tomatoes.Add salt,chilli flakes and roasted methi seed powder in it..
- Mash continuously..
- Continue to mash until the chutney is done.Let it cool completely..
