- Heat pan. Add oil. Add Cumin seeds, Methi Dana, Hing and Tej Patta(bay leaves).
- Add Onion saute till they turn translucent. Add ginger and garlic and fry along for a minute.Add chopped Tomatoes..
- Add Kala or malvani masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder.Fry for 2 mins then add drumsticks..
- Add the coconut paste and Kokum. Fry till oil seperates. Add salt to taste..
- Cook the drumstick for few min in paste and when half cooked add water as required..
- Cover and cook till drumstick are cooked well..
- Serve it hot with chapati or rice..
