2. It's 1/2 of medium onion roughly chopped.
3. You need 4 oz of softened cream cheese,cubed.
4. Prepare 2 tbsp of dijon mustard.
5. You need 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.
6. Prepare 2 tbsp of softened butter.
7. You need 1 tbsp of dried parsley.

1. In a food processor pulse the onions until they are diced small. Add liverwurst and process until its a pâté consistency..
2. Add all other ingredients and continue to run processor until completely smooth..
3. Transfer spread into your serving dish and refrigerate at LEAST 6 hrs. ( I make this two days before to allow all flavors to blend together.).
4. Serve with crackers, cucumbers,celery,peppers and carrots. Or be a total glutton like myself and eat with a spoon.....;).
