- Prepare 5 of fresh pepper.
- Prepare 1/2 of bulb onions.
- It's 1 kg of assorted meat.
- It's 2 tbsp of blended crayfish.
- Prepare 2 of knorr cube.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of palm oil.
- It's 1 bunch of ugu leaf sliced.

- Wash meat and spice with salt, pepper and knorr cube and cook till its tender. Blended onions and pepper and set aside.

- Heat up another pot once it's hot add palm oil then add the blended pepper and onions mix and fry for about 3 mins then add the Egusi paste.
- Stir continously till it's fried through add Knott cube, crayfish, salt and the meat. Stir and lower heat heat allow it simmer for another 5 to 10mins.
